Training the GNU generation
Hardware Products
- A 20% re stocking fee will apply up to 14 days after delivery for unused
unopened product.
- A full refund or replacement (at the discretion of SDCS) will be offered
for any non working product up to 30 days after delivery.
- All returns must be authorized via a RMA issued by SDCS.
- After that time refunds / replacements are strictly by arrangement with SDCS.
Training Products and classes
- It is SDCS's policy to deliver the highest quality training and products
at all times.
- A minimum class size of 5 is required for all classes within the USA
- Smaller classes may be held at the discretion of SDCS LLC
- Attendance at a class can be canceled with no penalty at any time up to
21 days prior to the scheduled class date.
- A 25% cancellation fee will apply up from 21 to 14 days prior to the
start of the class.
- Within 14 days of a class a 100% fee will be charged. You can reschedule
to a different time and location but you may incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
